The Bylaws are adopted by the member-owners for the governing, regulation, and accountability of cooperative affairs. Only the membership, by majority vote, can alter or repeal these bylaws at an Annual Meeting.  The Articles of Incorporation are the primary rules governing the management of the Cooperative and are filed with the State of Minnesota.
