How I Serve the Co-op: I work with new membership, new construction, service changes and the Improve-It loan program. I also work closely with our mobile work force on service order completion and, ultimately, member satisfaction.

Hometown/High School: I grew up in Monroe, WI, and graduated from Monroe High School.

Education/Special Training or Certification: I attended Madison Area Technical College, Administrative Professional program. I am also earned certification in Project Management and Work Management.

Prior Experience: My previous experience includes New Account Representative at Anchor Bank, Monroe WI; Customer Service Representative/Sales at Anderson Homes, Sebeka, and Customer Service/Sales at Ferrellgas, Wadena.
